Milk Lemon Myrtle Macadamia

Lemon myrtle is an evergreen tall shrub or small native tree that can grow up to 20 meters tall in the wild.  This relatively slow-growing, aromatic plant has been used by Indigenous Australians for 40,000 years- the leaves are wrapped in paperbark to flavour fish dishes. We combine the lemon myrtle flavour exuded from the leaves, with our milk chocolate to give a true taste of the wild.
