Milk Lemon Myrtle Macadamia

Lemon myrtle is an aromatic, evergreen tall shrub or small native tree that sometimes grows up to 20 meters tall in the wild. This slow growing plant has been used by Indigenous Australians for 40,000 years, wrapping the leaves in paperbark to flavour fish. We combine this lemon myrtle flavour with our milk chocolate to give a true taste of the wild.
